본 연구는 노인들을 대상으로 주거지원프로그램 중에서도 기타지원프로그램에 대한 만족도가 주택 상태 만족도와 주거 환경 만족도에 대해 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 최근에 주거지의 중요성과 함께 국내에서 원룸에 거주하는 사람이 많아지면서 주택구조(원룸 여부)에 따라 변수들 간의 관계가 달라지는가를 조절효과 분석을 통해 검증하고자 한다. 이를 검증하기 위해 "2022년 주거실태조사" 자료에서 65세 이상 노인들을 연구대상으로 구조방정식 분석과 조절효과 분석을 실시하였다. 구조방정식 결과에서는 기타지원프로그램 만족도가 주거 환경 만족도에 영향을 미쳤고, 영향력에 대하여 주택 상태 만족도가 매개하였다. 조절효과 분석에서는 기타지원프로그램 만족도가 주거 환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향과 기타지원프로그램 만족도가 주택 상태 만족도에 미치는 영향 모두 주택구조(원룸형 여부)가 조절하였으며, 원룸형에 거주하는 노인들이 긍정적인 영향력을 강화한다고 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 노인들에게 기타지원프로그램의 중요성을 확인했을 뿐만 아니라 원룸에 거주하는 노인들에 대한 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하였다는 점에서 이에 대한 정책이 요구된다.

This study aims to verify the impact of satisfaction with other support programs, among housing support programs, on housing conditions and satisfaction with the living environment among the elderly. Recently, with the importance of housing and the increasing number of people living in studio apartments in Korea, we would like to test whether the relationship between variables changes depending on housing structure (one room type or not) through adjustment effect analysis. To verify this, structural equation analysis and moderating effect analysis were conducted on seniors aged 65 years or older from the “2022 Housing Survey” data. The structural equation results showed that satisfaction with other support programs had an effect on satisfaction with the housing environment, and satisfaction with housing conditions mediated the influence. In the moderating effect analysis, the effect of satisfaction with other support programs on satisfaction with the housing environment and the effect of satisfaction with other support programs on satisfaction with housing conditions were both moderated by the housing structure (studio type or not), and the elderly living in studio type had a positive effect. It has been shown to strengthen influence. These results not only confirm the importance of other support programs for the elderly, but also verify the effectiveness of the program for elderly people living in studio apartments, so a policy is required for this.
