The importance of the quality of urban life is being increased now. Citizens have been looking for the pleasant places and have a tendency for getting amenity in a certain place. In some cities, an amenity plan has been made to promote urban amenities and to get rid of dis-amenities. We believe that amenity would be more and more important planning elements in the future. This study proceeded to get some guidances for amenity plan as followings. First, the literature study for amenity and amenity plan was carried out. Second, questionary survey was executed for figuring out the experts' opinion. Third, the suggestions for making amenity plan were developed.
